  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Vicarage house and serve my own Church. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: No Benefice besides West Anstey.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I serve East Anstey together with my own Church which manner of service has been approved of by the late Bishop; These two Churches being about a mile asunder.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Once only on the Lords day with a Sermon, the reason mentioned before. Indeed when Mr Bond is at East Anstey and during the Summer, I usually perform service twice.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year – about thirty six Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter and Whitsuntide.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier in our Parish Coffer.

  9. Number of families: About thirty.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists or Dissenters.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have three Pounds a year left by a Mr James Handford towards maintaining a School. No Alms=House=Hospital or Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There is a Benefaction of three Pounds ten Shillings a year which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priest's Orders and Institution are dated June 19 1774. A Letter directed to me at West Anstey near Dulverton will reach your Lordships most respectful humble servant.
